Lo ideal es que sea un paso que depende de tí, siempre que te den autorización. Pon el primer paso en tus manos.
3- Ten preparado un “elevator pitch”. Su utilidad es la misma que para un emprendedor que busca inversores.
Los encuentros casuales o informales son naturales en una empresa y ese speech corto tiene que estar preparado y ensayado para que sea claro, atractivo y salga sin dudas.
4- Haz un brainstorming con tu equipo o compañeros de trabajo para anticipar posibles objeciones y preparar respuestas para las mismas.
Poder contestar con seguridad y claridad a esas objeciones no sólo fortalece la imagen del proyecto, sino que envía el claro mensaje de que estás preparado y has considerado diferentes ángulos.
5- Presenta un enfoque integral. Aunque sea una idea sencilla para resolver un problema puntual de producción, por ejemplo, siempre hay impactos en otras áreas y en el desempeño general de negocio. Ese es el enfoque correcto.

¿Qué similitudes hay? ¿Es otro salto tecnológico? ¿Es otra ampliación de productos? ¿Es otra mejora importante de la infraestructura? ¿Es otra solución de bajo costo para un problema importante? Asocia y vincula tu idea a un éxito ya probado.
