– La gran innovación que se da en algunas categorías de gasto de consumo está relacionada con que es donde el consumidor tiene la peor experiencia
– De la mala performance en Alojamiento, Transporte y Alimentación, surgen empresas como Airbnb, Uber y Instacart.
Lo interesante es que para que estos últimos dos puntos (drones y “sharing” economy) logren el impacto positivo que prometen, las trabas regulatorias que existen deberían ser removidas o al menos reducidas. Por ejemplo, para los que vivimos en España Uber aún es un producto que se consigue sólo en el exterior 🙂 y los norteamericanos se han mostrado hasta ahora extremadamente restrictivos con los usos comerciales de drones.
No deja de sorprenderme cómo estamos en el momento actual, en tensión entre innovaciones radicales (nuevas tecnologías, nuevos modelos de negocio) y una resistencia regulatoria notoria.
Mi predicción es que al final gana la innovación. ¿Y la tuya?
